How does it all work?All you have to do is fill out an inquiry form detailing the package, location, date and add ons for your picnic. We will then send you an invoice with the price of your picnic. A $50 deposit it required upon booking to hold your spot. The balance is due 24 hours before your picnic. We set up and take down your picnic. You just need to show up with your food and guests!

How do I book an event?Go to the 'Inquire' page on the website and fill out the Inquiry Form. We will then email you back as soon as we can to confirm the requested picnic package.

How many people can I have at my picnic?We offer picnic bookings for 2-8 people. However we must follow the Manitoba Health guidelines on outdoor and indoor gatherings. Currently, Manitoba health restrictions allow outdoor public gatherings up to 25 people and outdoor, private gatherings with up to 10 people.

Is food included in the picnic package?Currently, we offer charcuterie boards made by Peckish and desserts made by Flour & Flower as an add-on option. You can find more information on these under our 'Add-on' page.

How do I select the location?All picnics happen within the city of Winnipeg. Under 'Packages' we have a preferred list of parks to host the picnic. However, you do have the option to pick your own location, whether that be at another park or your backyard. An additional fee may be applied.

What if it's too windy or rainy to have our picnic outdoors?If winds are over 60km an hour we suggest moving the picnic indoors* or rescheduling the picnic for another day. If the clients wish to proceed with the picnic, we cannot promise an ideal picnic experience. If it is raining on the day of your picnic you have the choice of moving it indoors* or rescheduling the picnic for another day. *additional fees may apply

What is your cancellation policy?If you wish to cancel your picnic you must let us know 7 days in advance before your picnic was scheduled to receive a full refund. If you do not inform us 7 days before the picnic, your $50 deposit will be kept. However, you will have the option to reschedule your picnic and put the $50 deposit towards your next event. If you wish to cancel your Cuinodo Board order it must be done a minimum of three days before your event date to receive a full refund. Cancellations due to Covid-19 and weather will follow the same policy as above.

Do we require a permit or park reservation?All of our recommended parks do not require a permit or reservation as they are public locations.

What if we want to leave our picnic early?If you would like to leave your picnic early we require a minimum 45 minute advance notice as our items cannot be left unattended.

When do we pay for the picnic?A $50 deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is required 24 hours before the time of your picnic.

What forms of payment do you accept?Currently we only accept e-transfer.

Can I have alcohol at my picnic?All public areas within Winnipeg do not permit the consumption of alcohol. Therefore, if you are wanting to have alcohol at your picnic the best place to have it would be at a private residence.
